Hispanic or Latino of any race were 4.15% of the population. The racial makeup of the CDP was 74.97% White, 7.09% African American, 0.37% Native American, 14.48% Asian, 1.18% from other races, 1.91% from two or more races. As of the 2010 United States Census, the CDP's population was 2,887.
