Her family has been living abroad since both she and her sister were little and they haven't fully adapted to living in Japan yet as a result, something she tells Umi Sonoda.Įpisode 7 reveals that both her mother and her grandmother had done ballet, as shown through many of the photos displayed in Eli's room. Her catchphrase being "хорошо" (pronounced as "Harasho"), which is the Russian word for "Good" or "Okay." She has a younger sister named Alisa Ayase, who she always takes good care of and is very protective over. Eli is partly Russian from her paternal grandmother, and understands the language as a result. ![]()
